De acordo com nossos entendimentos, sirvo-me da presente para ratificar que o autor Paulo Coelho de Souza, versíonísta da música “El Amor No Tieme Tempo Ni Edad” cujo título em português é “O Amor Não Marca Hora Para Chegar”, terá direito a uma remuneração de 20% (vinte por cento) sobre os direitos fonomecânicos, em vez de 12% (doze por cento) como seria normal.
Fica garantido ao versíonísta que seu nome constará de rótulo de disco, porém, em contra-partida, o mencionado versíonísta abre não de recebimento de quaisquer direitos de execução sobre a referida obra.

In agreement with our understanding, this is to ratify that the author Paulo Coelho de Souza, writer of the Portuguese version of the song “El Amor No Tieme Tempo Ni Edad” – of which the Portuguese title is “O Amor Não Marca Hora Para Chegar” (Love Doesn’t Keep Time), will be entitled to a 20% (twenty percent) remuneration on the phonographic rights, instead of 12% (twelve percent) as would be normal.
The songwriter is guaranteed that his name will appear on the record label, however, on the other hand, the mentioned songwriter does not receive any copyrights for that work.
