The story of the Four Seasons (As Quatro Estaçoes), a 10 meter long painting, realised by Christina with 1/4 of the painting done in each season, starting in the autumn of 2002 and finishing it in early 2004. The painting was done outside, in the woods, and the canvas left there after Christina finished her work. With every new season, Christina unrolled a quarter of the canvas, painted it and then buried the canvas again so that Nature could put its “stamp” on it.
