In the 80s and early 90’s, Paulo – among others – is a panel member for the topic “Popular Music” of debating cycle around the theme “Balance of the 70s” and “Balance of the 80s and Perspectives for the 90s”. It is intended to bring to the public a retrospective of the Seventies and Eighties, through testimonials of people who had relevant activities in Brazil during that era.
